Victo Nalule is an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), Sustainability, Governance, and Inclusive Development leader with over 14 years of experience driving strategic initiatives across the energy, social impact, and development sectors. Her work sits at the intersection of environmental stewardship, social value creation, governance excellence, and inclusive innovation, supporting organizations to deliver sustainable outcomes while strengthening resilience and stakeholder trust.

Victo previously held leadership responsibilities at Umeme Limited, Uganda’s leading electricity distribution company, where she played a key role in advancing the company’s ESG agenda. Her work focused on aligning business operations with sustainability objectives, strengthening stakeholder engagement, embedding health, safety and wellbeing practices, and contributing to initiatives aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

She holds a Master of Sustainable Development from Murdoch University, Australia, with interests in ESG, smart cities, universal design, accessibility, systems thinking, and Artificial Intelligence as an enabler of inclusion.

Victo is the Founder and Executive Director of Tunaweza Foundation, an award-winning organization advancing disability inclusion, youth empowerment, digital innovation, and sustainable community development. Under her leadership, the organization has impacted more than 5,000 people. A respected international speaker and thought leader, Victo has contributed to global conversations on sustainability, ESG, accessibility, inclusive innovation, and disability leadership through UN forums, aviation conferences, youth leadership platforms, and international development events across Africa and beyond.
