Elan Global Strategy (EGS) is a private pan-African firm based in Benin, with offices in Cotonou and Dakar, specializing in business leadership development and institutional transformation. We are building a directory of consultants available, project by project, to support public, private and development organizations right across Africa.

Open to consultants right across Africa
This call for consultants is open across the whole of the African continent. Whether you are based in Benin, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, Senegal, Côte d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Morocco, Egypt, Ethiopia, Rwanda, Tanzania or anywhere else, in West, East, Southern, North or Central Africa, and whether you work on-site or fully remotely, you are welcome to register. Priority is given to female candidates and experts with significant African experience.
Who we’re looking for
Experience
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in your field.
Languages
Proficiency in French and/or English, and comfortable in multicultural environments.
Availability
Ready to work project by project, on-site or remotely, with flexibility.

Who can join the EGS consultant roster?
Any independent consultant or senior expert with at least 10 years of relevant experience, in one of our areas of practice, anywhere in Africa and internationally.
Do I need to be based in Benin or West Africa to apply?
No. The call is open across all of Africa, from Nigeria to Kenya and Senegal to Morocco, as well as to international profiles. Many assignments can be carried out remotely.
Which areas of expertise are you looking for?
From strategy and governance to sustainability and ESG, including digital transformation and AI, monitoring and evaluation, public policy, finance and strategic communication.
How do the assignments work?
Collaborations are project by project, on a flexible and competitive basis. The terms of each assignment are agreed on a case-by-case basis.
