Message from the Director
In Africa, opportunity often precedes reliable data. Markets evolve faster than studies, consumer aspirations shift before indicators can capture them, and the most decisive choices are made in spaces that conventional analytical tools struggle to grasp. It is precisely to meet this reality that EGS was founded.
Our ambition is not to offer generic answers to complex questions, but to support our clients, businesses, investors, governments and development partners, with strategic intelligence rooted in local dynamics.
But beyond growth, what matters most deeply to me is endurance. Too many remarkable African companies disappear or weaken at moments of transition. EGS commits itself alongside leaders, entrepreneurial families and executive teams to build solid institutions, capable of standing the test of time.

EGS is organized around a simple principle: every function must create value, not bureaucracy. Under the direction of the Founder & President and the General Manager, four centers of expertise form the firm's operational backbone, backed by an AI-augmented workforce, alongside the NGO Elan Social Support, which embodies EGS's commitment to social impact.
